About this branch

The Ludlow branch of the League of Friends was formed in 1971 and is the most southerly branch. In the intervening 45 years, the branch has raised thousands of pounds towards the facilities at the hospital.

The focus of the branch’s fundraising is an annual Christmas Fair which is held at Ludlow Racecourse every November – over the last five years they have raised an average of £20,000.

Ludlow branch’s dedicated committee is made up of 11 volunteers who do all the work organising and running the Christmas Fair.
